Michelle James

Michelle James serves as the Head of EMEA Communications at S&P Global Ratings, a position held since October 2012, following roles as Communications Manager in both The Americas and EMEA. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Communications at Fitch Ratings and as a Communications Consultant at Fishburn Hedges. Michelle began her career as a Corporate Press Officer at AMEC and held positions as Account Manager at The Wriglesworth Consultancy and Account Executive at Hudson Sandler. Additionally, experience includes work at the Conservative Party, specifically in Conservative Central Office and William Hague's office. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Reading, where studies were completed from 1991 to 1994.
