Molly Berg

Molly Berg is an experienced professional with a diverse background in youth employment, recruitment, and customer service. With a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Psychology, Spanish, and Global Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Molly's career includes roles such as Youth Employment Specialist at Common Wealth Development, High School Career Advisor at Youth Job Center, and various positions at S&P Global and LaSalle Network. Throughout these roles, Molly has focused on job readiness, mentoring, and supporting students and job seekers, while also honing skills in client development, account management, and customer success. Prior experience includes managing student employees at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and fostering community engagement as a House Fellow.
