Orla O'Brien

Orla O'Brien is the Global Head of Public Relations at S&P Global, where they lead the Global Public Relations Center of Excellence, focusing on strategic media engagement and issues management to enhance the company's reputation. Previously, Orla served as the Director of Ratings Communications at S&P Global, overseeing communications programs within the Ratings business. Their earlier experience includes a role as Vice President and Media Relations Manager at Loomis, Sayles & Company, where they developed global public relations strategies, and as Assistant Vice President and Global Sourcing Analyst at State Street Corporation. Orla holds a BA in journalism from Saint Michael’s College and an MBA from Boston University, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for The South Boston Neighborhood House.
