Patrick Bell is an experienced leader and educator currently serving as an Associate Director of Corporate Ratings in Healthcare at S&P Global Ratings. They have a background in military intelligence as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve and previously held the position of Assistant Professor of Economics at the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2014 to 2019. Bell has also accumulated extensive experience in military intelligence, unmanned aerial systems, and cybersecurity during their tenure with the US Army from 2005 to 2019.
