Robert Dobbins

Robert Dobbins is the Managing Director at S&P Global Ratings, where they leverage their legal and accounting skills within the securities market, focusing on public finance. Previously, they held various roles at S&P Global, including Senior Director and Associate Director, where they developed criteria for public finance sectors and served as a credit analyst. Robert's career began at BDO Seidman, LLP, as an Assurance Associate, and they later interned at the Minnesota State Tax Court. They hold a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and an MPA from the University of Southern California.
