Robert Roseman

Robert Roseman is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and business development within the finance sector. Since 1997, Robert has served as Senior Director at Standard & Poor's, overseeing a team responsible for assessing market, credit, and liquidity risks related to various insurance and derivative businesses. Prior to this role, Robert held leadership positions at AMBAC Capital Funding, Inc. as Managing Director, where a multi-billion dollar business was established for funding fixed income securities, and at Sanwa Financial Products Co., LP as Senior Vice President, managing a substantial GIC and repurchase agreement business. Additional experience includes vice presidency at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, pricing repurchase agreements and securities financing, and foundational roles at Smith Barney and Matthews & Wright, focusing on portfolio structuring and analytical support for public finance. Robert holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the State University of New York at Albany.
