Ryan McDay

Ryan McDay is currently the Global Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at S&P Global, where they drive strategic initiatives to embed DEI efforts across the enterprise. With nearly 20 years of experience in corporate and non-profit sectors, Ryan has held leadership roles at organizations including Panasonic North America, Bayer, and Merrill Lynch, focusing on enhancing diversity and inclusion frameworks. Ryan also served as the Executive Director of Marketing & Development at the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education, and has a BA in Communications/Marketing from Howard University. Throughout their career, Ryan has been instrumental in developing strategies to increase underrepresented talent in various fields and has consistently achieved significant growth in engagement and funding initiatives.
