Scott Reid

Scott Reid is a seasoned professional in finance and corporate governance, currently serving as Sales Director for Private Markets at S&P Global since September 2025. Scott has extensive experience as a member of the Listing and Admissions Committee at the National Stock Exchange of Australia since October 2016. Prior roles include Head of Private Credit and Loan Administration at Linnovate Partners and Head of Debt Capital Markets for Asia Pacific at Alter Domus, showcasing expertise in private equity and credit sectors. Scott has held various leadership positions in asset servicing and business development across several firms, including R3 and Appleby. Academically, Scott holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance Law from the University of Melbourne and has completed multiple advanced courses in management and corporate governance.
