Sheila Moore

Sheila Moore is a Director at S&P Global, where since October 2010, Sheila has overseen the Upstream Capital Cost Analysis Service, supporting major clients in the oil and gas industry and generating substantial annual revenue. Sheila manages the development and maintenance of cost models, ensures the timely publication of reports, and creates training materials for various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Sheila served as a Staff Engineer at United Space Alliance, where responsibilities included training astronauts on the Space Shuttle, evaluating specifications for the Orion Electrical Power System, and receiving an award for excellence in project support. Sheila holds a Master of Science in Bioengineering from Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Syracuse University.
