Thomas Watters

Thomas Watters is a Managing Director at Standard & Poor's, where they lead a team of analysts in the oil and gas sector, ensuring quality ratings and analytical processes. Prior to this role, they served in various capacities at Standard & Poor's from 1997 to 2001 and worked as a Senior Securities Analyst at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
