Vidya C

Vidya C is an experienced executive with a strong background in risk management and audit, currently serving as Vice President at S&P Global since January 2019. Previously, Vidya held the position of Chief Risk Officer at AXA from October 2013 to July 2018, where responsibilities included managing operational risk, business continuity management, legal and compliance, and internal controls. As Head of Internal Audit at AXA, management of technology risk across insurance businesses was a key focus. Additional experiences include directorship with the Australian Government, senior audit management at Walter Turnbull (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), and roles at Deutsche Bank, Westpac Banking Corporation, and KPMG. Vidya holds an extensive educational background with a Master's in Information Technology from RMIT University, various certifications in risk management and auditing, and completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
