William Ng

William Ng is the Associate Director of Technical Relationship Management at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where they have provided client support solutions in financial research and information products since 2017. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Industry Analyst, analyzing financial discrepancies and facilitating client training. William began their career as an IT Intern at HLW International LLP, where they supported internal helpdesk operations and configured video conferencing units. They hold a BS in Finance and Information Systems from New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business, which they completed in 2003.
