Yasha Singh

Yasha Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate actions and business development. Currently serving as Head of Corporate Actions Presales and Associate Director at S&P Global since March 2022, Yasha oversees a global team of presales experts and facilitates resource organization throughout the sales cycle. Prior to this role, Yasha held positions at IHS Markit as a Sales Business Development Executive, focusing on client relationships and market information, and as an Associate responsible for change management and client insights. Previous experience includes a Business Analyst role at CapitalVia Global Research Limited, providing market analysis to brokers, and a Management Intern position at Bank of Baroda, conducting financial analyses and generating credit reports. Yasha holds a Master of Business Finance from the Indian Institute of Finance and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya.
