SP Solutions is a Social care consultancy specialising in the commissioning and market development of care and support services for vulnerable people. 

We have a wide range of clients throughout the UK with a strong history of working with both local authorities and support/care providers. For local authorities we provide commissioning, needs analysis and strategic review expertise in the fields of social care, personalisation, Supporting People and housing support. We have managed the SP programme for seven authorities and have worked with 22 on various aspects of the programme throughout England and Wales. We are currently working with 14 authorities on the development of personalisation

We also work with a wide a range of support/care providers. Services include business planning, strategic reviews, tender preparation, policy development and contract negotiation

In addition, we have considerable expertise in the Housing Benefit system and how to advise supported housing providers in this area
