Rick Davis

Rick Davis has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Rick currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at S&P Real Estate Corp., starting in July 2022. Before joining S&P, they worked as a Broker Associate at Compass since June 2021. Prior to that, Rick served as the President of Resort Dynamics from March 2005 onwards. Rick also has previous experience as the Director of Sales/Broker at S&P Real Estate Corp. from February 2015 to June 2019, as well as a Real Estate Broker at Mammoth Realty Group from December 2008 to April 2014. Rick held the role of Vice President Western Region/Broker at S&P Destination Properties from May 2004 to November 2008. Rick started their career as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Real Estate from August 1996 to April 2004. Rick also worked as the Director of Sales at Intrawest from December 1997 to January 2000 and from January 2000 to May 2002.

Rick Davis attended UC San Diego from 1973 to 1974 as a Chemistry major. Prior to that, they attended Unites States International University from 1972 to 1973 also as a Chemistry major.
