Adam VanderHook

Adam VanderHook, CISSP, is a senior cybersecurity professional with 20 years of experience in System Security Engineering and Compliance for various DoD and NASA programs. They served as Lead ISSO for DoD networks at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory from 2017 to 2020 and have held multiple positions focusing on information system security management at organizations including ManTech, Systems Planning & Analysis, and Group W since then. Adam earned a Master’s degree in Network Security and a Bachelor’s degree in Software and Internet Applications from Capitol Technology University, where they achieved a 4.0 GPA in the graduate program. Currently, they maintain active TS/SCI and DoD 8570 certifications.
