Andrew Hartman

Andrew Hartman, MBA, currently serves as an Operations Research Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., beginning in September 2023. With a diverse background in the US Navy since May 2015, Andrew has held significant roles including Theater Undersea Warfare Watch Officer, Assistant Professor of Naval Science, Nuclear Submarine Officer, and Nuclear Propulsion Plant Supervisor. Notably, as a Theater Undersea Warfare Watch Officer, responsibility included coordinating submarine and surface warship movements in crucial maritime regions.
