Angus H.

Angus H. is a Sr. Scientist at Systems Planning & Analysis, currently leading multiple organizations to deliver an ACAT II acquisition program. With a robust background in the U.S. Navy's Strategic Systems Programs, they served as Technical Director for the Conventional Prompt Strike project. Angus's previous roles include leading a team at the Applied Research Laboratory at Pennsylvania State University and holding various engineering positions at Naval Reactors. They earned a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Arizona and an MA in Economics from George Mason University.
