Bill Munck is the Senior Budget and Acquisition Manager at Systems Planning & Analysis (SPA), where they currently provide subject matter expertise for the $5.67B Automated Commercial Environment program. With 15 years of experience as a DOD contractor and a year supporting Customs and Border Protection, Bill has developed a strong acumen in acquisition program management, business operations, and logistics. Bill has successfully led teams of varying sizes in both military and defense industry settings, demonstrating a proven ability in program and personnel management as well as strategic planning. They hold a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in International Business, and have completed Acquisition Program Management requirements through Level II.
