Bob Clark

Bob Clark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military and defense operations. Currently serving as an SSBN Training Expert at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since August 2018, Bob Clark has held various leadership roles in the U.S. Navy, including Chief of Staff since 2015 and Chief Executive Officer on the USS Emory S. Land from 2014 to 2015. Previous positions include Deputy Director of Navy Programs in Legislative Affairs from 2012 to 2014 and Deputy Chief of Operations at the Department of Defense from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Bob Clark served as Chief Executive Officer on the USS Rhode Island from 2008 to 2010. Bob Clark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Science in National Resourcing Strategy from National Defense University, and a Master of Business Administration from Troy University.
