Boon Lim

Boon Lim, MSc, currently serves as a Military Manpower Analyst at Systems Planning & Analysis since April 2024. Previously, Boon collaborated with the US Air Force/A4PA as a contractor at DSD Labs and worked with the US Marine Corps as a Military HR Data Analyst, where the focus was on enhancing Marine Corps Production Management Processes and gender integration policies. Additional experience includes roles as a Leadership Development Consultant at Transformation Systems, Inc., and various positions at Madigan Army Medical Center, US Army, and Florida State University, where expertise in medical laboratory procedures, research assistance, and instructional design were demonstrated. Boon holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Instructional Systems from Florida State University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Research at Virginia Tech.
