Bryan Smith

Bryan Smith is an accomplished Program Analyst at Systems Planning & Analysis since February 2024, with extensive experience in the US Navy from September 2014 to March 2024, serving in various capacities such as Tactics Instructor, Submarine Exchange Officer, and multiple roles as a Nuclear Submarine Officer. These roles included Assistant Operations Officer, Quality Assurance Officer, and Reactor Control Assistant, among others. Prior to military service, Bryan worked as an Automation Development Engineer at Veeva Systems and as an Undergraduate Researcher at UC Santa Cruz, where Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Additional experience includes serving as a Technical Assistant at CITRIS/ITI.
