Cathleen Roche

Cathleen Roche has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Cathleen most recently worked as a Sr. Contracts Administrator at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. starting in 2019. Prior to that, they were a Contracts Manager at ISN Corporation from 2015 to 2018, where they were responsible for handling all contractual matters and served as the main contact for internal departments, customers, and contracting and subcontracting personnel.
