Christopher McCollum has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christopher started their career as a Flight Commander and Instructor at 325 ACS, Tyndall AFB, FL from 2008 to 2011, where they led a flight responsible for scheduling and training officers in Air Battle Management.
Christopher then moved on to the United States Air Force, where they served as the Chief of Staff and Mission Crew Commander from 2011 to 2014. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing squadron policies and managing administrative functions for a team of 235 Air Force personnel.
After leaving the Air Force, Christopher joined C2TI in 2014 as the JSTARS Program Manager and Site Manager. Christopher managed a team of 16 employees at Robins Air Force Base, GA, ensuring contractual obligations were met and overseeing training schedules for various courses.
In 2015, they joined PDS Technologies as a System Engineer Support Analyst, working with programs such as Boeing Military Aircraft and Advanced Battle Management System. Christopher researched and compiled technical data to optimize system effectiveness and applied systems engineering processes to design new products.
Most recently, Christopher has been working at MCR, LLC since 2018 as an Operations Support Analyst. Christopher supports Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), liaises across working groups, and provides subject matter expertise to determine capability gaps and assess risks.

Christopher McCollum holds a Master's degree in Military Operational Arts and Sciences, which they obtained from Air University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Fire Science Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they studied from 2000 to 2001. Additionally, Christopher McCollum has an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Instructor of Technology and Military Science from the Community College of the Air Force, completed between 1999 and 2001. Christopher also holds another Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from the same institution, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000.
