Chuck Mayer has extensive experience in operations analysis, currently serving as an Operations Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis since March 2005. Prior to this role, Chuck served in the US Navy as a Submariner from September 1997 to May 2001. Chuck holds a degree from the United States Naval Academy, having completed studies there from 1992 to 1996.
