Crosby Shaver

Crosby Shaver is a Military Operations Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since October 2023, specializing in the development of innovative operational concepts and capability plans to enhance military effectiveness. Previously, Shaver served in the United States Air Force from July 2017 to May 2023, holding multiple positions including KC-135 R/T Aircraft Commander, Squadron Executive Officer, Co-Pilot, Scheduling Officer, and Mobility Readiness Officer. In these roles, Shaver managed organizational policies, budget, manpower, and operational scheduling, ensuring mission readiness for 140 personnel. Educationally, Shaver earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physics from the United States Air Force Academy, graduating in May 2017, and attended Wayzata High School from September 2009 to June 2013.
