Danielle Fuller is the owner of The Scientific Enneagram, offering expertise in developing psychologically safe work environments to enhance job satisfaction and leadership effectiveness, employing the Enneagram framework. Currently serving as a System Engineer at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., and as a professional freelancer assisting small businesses, Danielle has a solid background in engineering and program management. Previous roles include Technical Program Manager for the US Navy, where responsibilities included managing a $50 million budget for nuclear weapon flight testing, and advising the Assistant Secretary of Defense on production and manufacturing. Danielle's engineering experience spans multiple roles at Honeywell FM&T, as well as academic contributions as a Supplemental Instructor at the University of Kansas. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychology of Mental Health from The University of Edinburgh, an MBA from the University of Kansas Graduate School of Business, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas School of Engineering.
