David Baggley

David Baggley has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and organizations. David began their career as an Associate Lecturer/Monitor/Part-time Consultant with the Open University Business School in 1992, a position they held until 2003. David then joined the UK Ministry of Defence in 1996, where they served in various positions such as Head of Special Pricing Services/CF Policy Section and Deputy Director Human Resource Service Delivery. At Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S), David held the roles of B1 Pricing & Forecasting Group Integrated Team Leader and Head of Profession from 2005 to 2008. David also served as a Special Assistant to the Deputy at the United States Department of Defense from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2017, David worked at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) as a B1 Customer Relations Manager/Account Manager for Air Domain and later as Deputy Head CAAS Capability and Capacity Change Programme & Customer Relations Manager for Com Air. Most recently, they joined MCR, LLC as the Director of UK Operations in 2017.

David Baggley completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cranfield University, where they studied from 1982 to 1985. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Project Management from Aston Business School, graduating in 1990.
