David Doll

David Doll serves as Group Leader and Analytic Solutions Lead at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since July 2019, following the acquisition of Veracity Forecasting Group, where David held the position of Analytic Solutions Lead from April 2019 to October 2020. Prior to this, David was Director of Analytic Solutions at CNA Corporation from July 2011 to 2019 and has held various roles in research and analysis, including Senior Research Scientist, Research Scientist, and CNA Field Representative. David also has experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the California Institute of Technology, where a Ph.D. in Physics was obtained in 2011. Currently, David is pursuing an Executive MBA at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, expected to conclude in May 2026. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Dramatic Art from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned in 2005.
