David Ott is a consultant at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since March 2022, bringing extensive experience from a long tenure at Lockheed Martin where David served as a Senior Manager from January 1986 to February 2022. David obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Florida between 2002 and 2004, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida from 1980 to 1985.
