Devin Phillabaum

Devin Phillabaum has over 19 years of work experience. DEVIN is currently a Senior Military Operations Research Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. DEVIN previously held the same position at Metron, Inc., where they managed a multi-million-dollar AI/ML capability development effort for the U.S. Department of Defense and collaborated with key stakeholders. Before that, Devin worked at PwC as a Manager in Technology Consulting & Business Development. DEVIN started their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving in various managerial and officer roles from Second Lieutenant to Captain.

Devin Phillabaum completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy and Cybersecurity from Brigham Young University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to this, Devin obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, graduating between 1999 and 2003.

In addition to these academic degrees, Devin has also acquired several certifications. These include the GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GCISP) from GIAC Certifications in October 2021, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in January 2021, AWS Concepts and AWS Essentials from LinuxAcademy.com in April 2017, and CompTIA Security+ ce from CompTIA in August 2016.
