Eric Moore

Eric Moore currently serves as a Program Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this role, Eric dedicated over 22 years to the US Navy, culminating as Project Manager, where responsibilities included serving as Repair Officer for the Fleet Maintenance Activity and leading operations for land, harbor, air, and emergency management. Eric has extensive experience in overseeing large teams, managing multi-national events such as RIMPAC, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Additional roles included leadership positions related to Unmanned Underwater Vehicles, quality assurance, and maintenance for SEAL Delivery and Dry Deck Shelter systems. Eric Moore holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2011 and 2015.
