Estella Holley

Estella Holley has extensive work experience in financial management and analysis roles. Estella started their career in 2003 as a Resource Manager at CACI International Inc, where they managed budgets and tracked funding expenditures. From 2007 to 2012, Holley worked as a Financial Management Specialist at SAF/FM, where they led teams and oversaw the transition to new financial systems. Estella then joined Federal IT Consulting (FEDITC) in 2013 as a Financial/Functional Analyst, contributing to technical upgrade plans for the Army Surface Deployment and Distribution Command. In 2015, Holley became a Desktop Analytics Developer at Teksouth Corporation, integrating data sources and creating analytical formats. Estella later joined MCR, LLC in 2017 as a Financial Management/Cost Analyst, where they calculated rates for various booking terms. Most recently, Holley worked at ITility, LLC as a Financial Analyst III (Consultant III), providing financial support in areas such as cash management, accounts payable, and financial statements. Estella retired in January 2019.

From 2001 to 2002, Estella Holley pursued a Master's degree at Webster University in the fields of HRD and Computer Resources & Information Management.
