George Lite has over 15 years of broad management experience in the field of engineering and project management. George currently works at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. as the Engineering Lead for Advanced Radars. In this role, George is responsible for executing program and project management duties for the Advanced Radars contract, servicing destroyers, aircraft carriers, and variants. George also handles training and maintenance portfolios, drafts technical procedures, and provides on-site training to shipboard personnel. Prior to their current position, George worked at CACI International Inc as the Systems Lead Engineer for DDG-1000. George also has experience working at Commander, Naval Surface Forces Pacific, where they served as the Force Aegis and Ballistic Missile Defense program manager. Additionally, George has worked in various roles within the US Navy, including Combat Systems Maintenance Assistant, Production Control Manager, and Work Center Supervisor.
George Lite earned their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science - Public Law (LLB equivalent) from UC San Diego from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from Coastline College.
