Gerri Harper

Gerri Harper has extensive experience in contracts management and administration. Gerri has held various leadership roles throughout their career, starting with their most recent position as Vice President, Contracts at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., where they have been since 2018. Prior to that, they served as Contracts Director at the same company from 2018 to 2022.
