Ginger Hierl is an experienced professional in strategic systems analysis, currently serving as the Group Leader at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since January 2000, where responsibilities include leading a team of analysts, engineers, and subject matter experts to provide integrated assessments for strategic planning and decision-making. Previous roles at the company include Deputy Group Leader and Program Manager positions. Ginger is also a Fellow in the Severn Leadership Group, participating in a program focused on developing effective leaders.
