Glenn Marquay M.Ed. CPPA is a PhD candidate and seasoned executive policy advisor with a focus on Integrated Deterrence and China Affairs. With a robust background in special operations, Glenn has managed high-value programs for over 30 years, including leading tactical communications training and defense integration efforts for the U.S. Navy and NATO. Currently serving as the CSL AUKUS Pillar II Integration and Interoperability Lead, Glenn is dedicated to enhancing defense capabilities and fostering strategic partnerships between Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Additionally, Glenn has held significant roles within Naval Special Warfare and has earned a master's degree while maintaining a high academic standard.
