Jeff Monroe

Jeff Monroe has a strong background in operations research and cyber analysis. Jeff currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations Research and Cyber Analysis (ORCA) Division at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. Previously, they worked at Metron, Inc. where they served as the Vice President and General Manager of the ORCA Division, overseeing the strategic direction and growth of the business unit. Under their leadership, the annual revenue grew from $7M to $30M in 8 years, and the division now accounts for 43% of the company's revenue. Jeff also played a key role as a Director on the Metron Board of Directors, where they advanced new approaches to diversify work into new markets and implemented process improvements for financial data generation. Jeff Monroe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, which they completed between 1988 and 1990. Jeff later pursued further education at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Executive MBA. This program took place from 2019 to 2021.
