Jeffrey Farah

Jeffrey Farah has a strong background in the US Navy, with experience in various leadership positions. Jeffrey served as a Principal Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. starting in 2023. Previously, they held the role of Director for Maintenance and Material Management at US Navy Commander, Submarine Force Pacific from 2019 to 2023. Before that, they served as the Commanding Officer of USS Frank Cable (AS 40) from 2017 to 2018. From 2013 to 2017, they held multiple roles including Director for Strategic Forces, Nuclear Weapons, and Force Protection, and Senior Inspector at US Navy Commander, Submarine Force Pacific. Prior to that, they served as the Commanding Officer of USS Henry M Jackson (SSBN 730)(gold) from 2011 to 2013. Jeffrey also completed a Masters of Arts program and Phase 2 Joint Professional Military Education at the U.S. Naval War College in 2010. Other positions in their career include Executive Officer of USS Pittsburgh (SSN 720) from 2006 to 2009, Chief Engineer at Submarine Squadron-4 from 2004 to 2006, Chief Engineer at USS Springfield (SSN-761) from 2001 to 2004, and Shift Engineer at Naval Nuclear Power Training Command from 1999 to 2001. Overall, Jeffrey Farah has demonstrated exceptional leadership, performance, and expertise in various naval roles.

Jeffrey Farah obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Jeffrey later pursued further education at the U.S. Naval War College from 2009 to 2010, earning a Master of Arts degree in Public policy and strategic studies.
