Jeffrey Farah has a strong background in the US Navy, with experience in various leadership positions. Jeffrey served as a Principal Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. starting in 2023. Previously, they held the role of Director for Maintenance and Material Management at US Navy Commander, Submarine Force Pacific from 2019 to 2023. Before that, they served as the Commanding Officer of USS Frank Cable (AS 40) from 2017 to 2018. Jeffrey Farah obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Jeffrey later pursued further education at the U.S. Naval War College from 2009 to 2010, earning a Master of Arts degree in Public policy and strategic studies.
