Jeffrey Munns

Jeffrey Munns has over 14 years of work experience in various roles, starting with their current position as the Director of Risk and Advanced Analytics at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. Jeffrey previously worked at the Department of Homeland Security as the Deputy Assistant Director. Before that, they were a Senior Risk Analyst at Schafer Corporation, where they specialized in National Security Risk Assessments. Jeffrey began their career as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy, serving as the Nuclear Chemistry and Radiological Controls Manager and later as the Nuclear Power Plant Manager. In these roles, they managed teams, supervised radiation monitoring, and was responsible for the operation of a nuclear propulsion plant.

Jeffrey Munns began their education at Punahou School from 1996 to 1999. Jeffrey then attended Harvard University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, with a focus on Astronomy and Astrophysics. Following this, Munns enrolled in the Navy Nuclear Power School from 2003 to 2004, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. Later, from 2006 to 2009, they pursued a Master's Degree in Engineering Management at Old Dominion University.
