Jesse Celis

Jesse Celis serves as the Senior Vice President of the Space and Intelligence Division at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., since May 2001. Responsibilities include supporting various Air Force Bases such as Los Angeles AFB, Peterson AFB, and Kirtland AFB, in addition to managing business development for MCR's West Coast Operations. Previously, Jesse held roles including Vice President and Senior Director of Space Operations at EER Systems between 1997 and 2003, and also worked as an analyst in multiple capacities. Jesse earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UC Santa Barbara, attending from 1991 to 1994.
