John Kowalski

John Kowalski is currently working as a System Engineer at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Engineer at Penn State University from September 1996 to January 2020. Before joining Penn State University, they served as a Mechanical Engineer at Naval Air Development Center from March 1984 to October 1996. John'searly career involved working as a Mechanical Engineer at Philadelphia Navy Shipyard from April 1983 to March 1986, where they specialized in calibration procedures for new equipment and repaired mechanical gauges and sensors.

John Kowalski graduated from Villanova University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree. John pursued their studies for a total of eight years, from 1974 to 1982, specializing in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
