Joseph C Piff

Joseph C Piff has extensive work experience in the defense industry. Joseph C started their career as a Program Manager and spent almost four decades in this role. In 2010, they joined MCR, LLC as a Technical Manager, supporting the Office of Naval Research (ONR) Ship Systems and Engineering Division. Joseph C was responsible for developing program planning and execution documentation and supervising a team of personnel. In 2013, Joseph joined MCR Federal, LLC as a Senior Program Manager, where they coordinated various Navy S&T programs for the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and assisted with management of technology transition and transfer programs. Joseph C also served as the General Manager of Defense, National Capital Region for MCR Federal, LLC, overseeing a portfolio of Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contracts. Joseph C is currently working as a Technical Program Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc.

Joseph C Piff completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Physics from Cornell University, where they studied from 1967 to 1971. Joseph C went on to pursue a Masters of Engineering degree in Engineering Administration at The George Washington University, graduating in 1979.
