JP Pultz has a diverse work experience in the field of technical and engineering management. Currently, they work as the T&E Director/Enabling Capabilities Department Lead at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., where they are responsible for managing technical performance and supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's research and development efforts.

JP Pultz obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in the period of 1980 to 1985. Later on, JP pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the same university, which took place from 1994 to 1996.
