JP Pultz has a diverse work experience in the field of technical and engineering management. Currently, they work as the T&E Director/Enabling Capabilities Department Lead at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., where they are responsible for managing technical performance and supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's research and development efforts.

Prior to this, JP Pultz worked at Alion Science and Technology as a Sr Program Manager/Technical Lead, where they managed DoD T&E programs and contracts across various military services and system platforms. JP also served as a Sr Technical Director at Alion Science and Technology, leading a team of engineers and analysts in conducting independent assessments of system capabilities, threats, and vulnerabilities for the Department of Defense.

JP Pultz has also worked at SAIC as a Director/Deputy Program Manager, providing management and strategic guidance for task orders on the Space and Missile Systems Center Development Corps Innovation and Prototype Operations Division contract.

In addition, they have worked at Engility Corporation (formerly TASC) as a Director, leading business pursuits and development for a pipeline worth over $750M. JP also served as an Engineering Section Manager, applying T&E and system engineering processes to ensure program success.

JP Pultz started their career at Northrop Grumman as a Director of Test and Evaluation Services, where they managed a team of test and system engineers supporting AFOTEC and Army Test and Evaluation Command contracts. JP also served as a Deputy Program Manager for T&E Support and was responsible for overseeing multiple contracts and ensuring the successful test and fielding of weapon systems.

Prior to Northrop Grumman, they worked at TRW Aerospace as a Senior Flight Test Engineer, where they directed test efforts for various munition programs to meet user requirements and inform national resource decisions.

JP Pultz obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in the period of 1980 to 1985. Later on, JP pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the same university, which took place from 1994 to 1996.
