Laurie V.

Laurie V. has a diverse work experience, starting their career in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. Laurie then served as Staff Director and Executive Assistant for ASN (M&RA), where they played a crucial role in manpower planning, personnel policy, and training development. Laurie V. also attended the Naval War College, where they earned a Master of Arts Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies and received the William Sowden Sims award for academic excellence.

After their time in the Navy, Laurie V. worked for GRCI/AT&T Government Solutions as a Senior HSI Engineering Analyst, providing support to the DD 21 / DD(X) program office. Laurie also assisted in the stand-up of the new HSI Directorate at Naval Sea Systems Command and provided training and technical support to PEO IWS and the Human Performance Center.

Laurie then joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Associate, where they managed program planning, execution, and reporting. Laurie'sresponsibilities included being the Engineering Manager for HSI in NAVSEA, program management for the metrics-based Quarterly Execution Review (QER) in PEO LMW / PEO LCS, and providing training and technical support to various programs.

After Booz Allen Hamilton, Laurie V. worked for Pioneering Evolution, LLC as a Senior Program Manager, where they provided Navy Manpower, Personnel, and Training expertise to programs in PEO IWS. Laurie also developed and supported program execution metrics for the Quarterly Execution Review process in PEO IWS, PEO LCS, and SEA 05H.

Currently, Laurie V. is a Senior Program Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. In this role, they serve as the Manpower, Personnel, and Training lead for Navy acquisition programs in PEO IWS 2.0 and is a key member of the Integrated Logistics Support team.

Throughout their career, Laurie V. has demonstrated expertise in program management, integrated logistics support, and Navy Manpower, Personnel, and Training.

Laurie V. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Arizona State University. In addition, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies at the U.S. Naval War College from 1992 to 1993.
