Lore Aguayo

Lore Aguayo, PE, is the Principal Advisor at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. and serves on the Board of Trustees at National University. With over 31 years of experience in leading complex engineering and facilities management organizations globally, they have demonstrated expertise in planning, design, and construction of defense infrastructure. Lore previously held various leadership roles in the US Navy, including Commanding Officer of NMCB ELEVEN and Commander of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic. They possess advanced degrees in Industrial Engineering and Civil Engineering from Stanford University and are currently enrolled in the Executive Development Program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
