Luke Tran

Luke Tran's work experience includes their current position as a Junior Contracts Administrator at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., which they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Assistant at WEDI from May 2021 to October 2022, where they developed an outline for WEDI's Mentorship Program, managed their Association Management System GrowthZone, and updated their client database. Luke also had an internship as a Procurement Intern at Amentum in July and August 2021, where they reviewed and processed subcontract procurement requisitions, prepared correspondence to subcontractors and internal personnel, and coordinated with the accounting and finance departments for subcontract invoicing and payments. Luke began their career as a Seasonal Prime Now Associate at Amazon from June 2019 to August 2020, where they fulfilled customer orders, prepared them for delivery, and managed inventory.

Luke Tran attended Virginia Tech from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology. In addition to their degree, Luke also obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they completed the Career Ready Advantage program offered by Virginia Tech. Luke also completed various LinkedIn courses, including Agile Foundations, Agile Product Owner Role: Techniques, Agile Software Development, Agile Software Development: Scrum for Developers, Agile Testing, Leadership Foundations: Leadership Styles and Models, LinkedIn Learning Challenge, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, Leadership Mindsets, Being an Effective Team Member, and Interpersonal Communication. The LinkedIn certifications were obtained in various months between May 2020 and February 2022.
