Lynda Rivera, PMP, is a seasoned Program/Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in successfully managing complex projects and exceeding customer expectations. Currently a System Engineer at Systems Planning & Analysis, Lynda has held various leadership roles including Senior Portfolio Manager at AVER, LLC, and Director positions at Guidehouse and Grant Thornton LLP. Lynda's expertise spans program execution, requirements management, gap analysis, and process improvements, with significant contributions to the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation program at CGI and various initiatives across multiple organizations. Lynda holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hood College.
