Mark Kaul

Mark Kaul has a diverse work experience in the defense sector. Mark currently works as a Senior Defense Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this, they enjoyed retirement from the Navy, where they served as a Retired Navy LDO Commander from August 2019.

Before retiring, Mark held various roles in defense analysis and systems engineering. Mark worked as a Senior Defense Analyst at Metron, Inc. from August 2021 to September 2022, and as the Deputy Director C2 Systems at Mustang Technical Services from March 2021 to August 2021. Mark also served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Highbury Defense Group from September 2019 to March 2021.

Mark's experience in the Navy includes being a Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) and N6 at NSMWDC HQ from September 2016 to August 2019, and a JICO at Commander US Third Fleet from August 2012 to September 2016. Mark also served as the Director of Combat Systems Training at ATG San Diego from October 2010 to July 2012. In addition, they held the role of JICO at CSFTP from 2006 to 2010 and JICO/ Integrated Training at US Navy TTGP from May 2004 to June 2006.

Mark Kaul attended Robbinsdale Cooper Senior High School from 1983 to 1987. Mark then pursued higher education at TUI University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) and graduated in 2009. During this time, Mark also completed a Master of Science in IT Management (MSITM) from TUI University, graduating in 2009 as well.
