Marvin Hicks

Marvin Hicks has a comprehensive work experience in financial, acquisition and accounting support services. Marvin started their career in 1967 at Strategic Systems Programs as a Business/Financial Manager, where they worked until 2000. In 2000, they joined Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc as a Group Leader in the Financial Business Group. Their responsibilities included acquisition planning and contract management, cost studies and trades, POM/Budget development, program planning and financial execution, Financial Efficiency Index, Tri-Annual and CFO reporting.

Marvin Hicks earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from West Virginia University between the years 1964 and 1967.
